I’m currently the UX Lead at Clause, a platform for drafting automated legal contracts. As the only designer at this small startup my responsibilities are broad. They include all things UX Design, Graphic Design, managing vendors, and doing a bit of front-end React development.
During my career I've worked for several full-service Creative Agencies such as BrandFire, Mayday, Studio Sanderson, and North Street Creative. I also have my own freelance clients in the consumer packaged goods industry such as Little Bird Kitchen, Salsa God, and TAPlife. I keep myself busy with several app side-projects as co-founder and lead UX Designer.
I'm a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, where I received a BFA in Graphic Design and graduated with honors. I also took several classes at the Ivy League Brown University, such as Object Oriented Programming and Persuasive Communication. I take every opportunity to expand my knowledge and my skillset.
I love hiking in the Hudson Valley, rock climbing, and learning new things. I'm a voracious reader and have recently been reading dozens of UX design books. Send me your book recommendations! I frequently take part in hackathons, and more often than not my team wins. In April 2018, I participated on Startup Bus 2018 and created a friend-finding app called Rabble. The year before, I won Startup Bus 2017 with my funeral planning app Daisy and was featured in a five-episode podcast mini-series by Gimlet Media. I’m planning on attending Startup Bus again this year.
I'm a member of the Type Directors Club and AIGA.
